Amicron-Import verarbeitet folgende Dateitypen: - dBase und Paradox Datenbanken - ASCII- / Textdateien (variable und feste Feldlängen) - Excel-Dateien (via dBase-Format) - Access-Dateien (via dBase-Format) Anwendungsbeispiele: - Einlesen der Artikeltexte und Preise Ihres Lieferanten in Top-Faktura - Importieren von Kundenadressen aus Ihren ursprünglichen Programmen - Datenbestände abgleichen - oder Einlesen von Adressen in Fritzfax. Automatische Erkennung - ob es sich um eine Datei mit variabler oder fester Feldlänge handelt - ob die Felder per Semikolon oder Tabulator getrennt werden. Vorschaufunktion: - Sie können genau sehen, wie die zu importierende Datei aufgebaut ist - Geben Sie nun Ihre individuellen Bezeichnungen für die einzelnen Felder / Spalten ein. - Im nächsten Schritt werden diese automatisch den gleichnamigen Feldern der Zieldatei zugeordnet Einstellungsmöglichkeiten: - Auswahl der Felder der Quelldateien - Freie Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für die Bestimmung des zugehörigen Feldes in der Zieldatei Sollen beim Importieren der Feldinhalte die Formatierungen der Feldinhalte geändert werden, so stellen Sie dies einfach über den Schalter "Optionen" ein, z.B. für eine schnelle Umrechnung in Euro Aktualisierungsfunktionen des Programms: - Auswahl verschiedener Möglichkeiten - Beibehalten vorhandener Texte oder Datenbestände und - Sie können z.B. Artikelpreis-Aktualisierungen durchführen, so dass nur die gewünschten Preise aktualisiert werden, vorhandene Texte oder Bestände bleiben unverändert Effizienzfaktor: - Speicherbarer Import (Importe aus der gleichen Quelle sind dadurch bei Wiederholung kinderleicht)
