HRAssistant is human resource management system designed to provide a complete personel record, filtering and reporting capability for companies up to 1,000 employees as well as divisions of large corporations. HRAssistant is easy to use, utilizing the familiar graphical human interface to enter data, select employees. HRAssistant tracks most information needed by the Human Resource Department. You can generate more than 30 standart reports plus it has an integrated report builder to easily create your own custom reports. Some of the capabilities include: complete employee personal information, unlimited job and salary history information, secondary job information, benefit (insurance) enrollment, costs and employee contributions, seniority information, telephone directory, eEducational background, skill, training, license and professional membership tracking, attendance tracking, integrated filter and report builder, multi-user network capability
