MP3Coder is a powerful full-featured WAV-to-MP3 encoder. The program supports MPEG1 and MPEG2 formats all constant and variable bitrates(8-320 bps). It is possible to use ID3v1 tag editor and flexible system for setting the name of mp3 file. There are Presets for those who don`t want to delve into subtleties of MP3 formats.
