The Tools permit the user to automatically: launch programs upon receipt of messages, check mailboxes, forward messages from mailboxes to an MSN-designated account, forward messages to mailboxes, forward messages to another MSN account, answer to messages arrived, remind of an event sending messages at the given time, check Web sites for update and accessibility.
