An Internet dialer that works with the Windows 95, 98, ME and NT 4.0 dial-up networking feature. Net Pal provides re-dial and automatic reconnect, allows a minimum connect speed to be specified, tracks your online time and cost, has a ping feature to keep your connection alive, and auto-dial allows it to dial automatically whenever an application requires a connection to the internet. It also has the ability to run as an icon in the taskbar tray.
