OnStart Pro is a multi-user startup manager for Windows 2000/XP/2003 that allows you to control all programs that run on system startup. OnStart Pro automatically detects programs in the windows startup folder, system registry and win.ini file and displays them in an easy to use interface. OnStart Pro allows you to: - Enable or disable existing programs - Add or remove programs from startup - Save backups of different startup configurations and restore them at any time - Manage multiple user startup configurations. - Increase system performance and reveal hidden programs OnStart Pro`s unique approach to configuration management lets you configure multiple startup sets on one computer. With just a few clicks you can add or remove programs from every user, or limit certain programs to only certain individuals. For example, you can prevent your kids from running undesirable programs, or a stop your finance software from running on boot on a Guest user account. Additionally, OnStart Pro detects and highlights all programs that were automatically added to the system startup configuration without your consent. This allows you to reveal potentially dangerous programs and disable them immediately. The OnStart Pro can also improve system performance by disabling unwanted programs or programs that have their startup settings hidden deep in multiple layers of preferences and options.
