ReaJpeg allows you to both convert and edit images from most commonly used raster and vector graphic formats to JPG. Also, you can resize, crop, rotate, add borders, change colors and file names. All operations can be performed in batch mode and the configurations can be saved, so that the same settings can easily be applied to a different batch. It can be integrated to shell easily so you can convert your images right from the Windows.
