Selkie Rescue is an easy to use program which rescues important data files from a computer that has crashed. Selkie Rescue works even if your computer`s operating system won`t boot. Selkie Rescue is a bootable CD-based file server, which means it can be used to bypass your crashed operating system. You can rescue files in as few as three keystrokes and in about three minutes. Selkie Rescue is an unusually powerful data recovery and disaster recovery utility. If Windows is broken use Selkie Rescue CD in the CD or DVD drive, reboot the desktop or laptop PC, then use Selkie to recover almost any file stored on the PC. Data recovery and disaster recovery are only minutes away. Documents, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, photos, music, videos, web pages, text files and everything else has to be rescued so that life and business can continue. You use Selkie Rescue when your computer will not turn on because its operating system is not working. This includes all versions of Windows and systems compatible with Intel (Selkie Rescue is not compatible with Macintosh). Selkie Rescue needs at least 16MB of free RAM and a working keyboard. If the hard drive or CD-ROM drives are not working then Selkie Rescue will not work. Selkie data recovery and disaster recovery techniques work when the Windows operating system is no longer accessible. Selkie bypasses Windows using a special technique which is 100% safe for data recovery and disaster recovery. Even a burned out video card won`t stop Selkie — it runs before Windows and the video card driver.
