Unattended System Shut Down Utility to allow system shutdown at a specified time. Allows you to start a DVD burn and automatically shut down your computer when you tell it to. Save money and energy by turning off your computer. No more getting up in the morning and finding out that you inadvertently left your system on all night. Remember, hard drives, CPU fans, power supply fans and CD Rom Drives all have moving parts and bearings that wear out after a certain number of hours. These hours are published by the device manufacturer as MTBF hours, which stand for `Mean Time Between Failures`. So it is not a matter of `if` one of these devices is going to fail, it is a matter of `when`. Why add to the early failure of these expensive devices by leaving your system on all night. Not to mention the waste of energy and cost of the extra electricity to run your 400 watt computer for no reason at all. We all want to conserve energy and what better way to start?
