WinDialer is a user-friendly Internet Dialer that connects you to your ISP and makes Internet easier to access and monitor. It also integrates a POP3 e-mail client, that can periodically check your Inbox for new mail. Its main features are :Support for multiple providers, Cost Tracking for each provider, Auto-Reconnect feature, Comprehensive Warning System, Keep Alive function, Tweaking the Dial-Up Networking, Custom Sounds for various events.
