AccuPlan enables users to design a detailed, step-by-step plan of a project where tasks, labor and material resources are tightly coupled with time and budgets. Projects can be visually presented in Gantt view, Calendar view, WBS View or as a spreadsheet; users instantly see the overall health of the project and have a greater control over its shape. Users can quickly identify allocation conflicts, under- and over-utilized resources and reorganize problem areas early on to ensure delay-free workflow to complete projects within budget. Many Features Bundled in AccuPlan are only available as expensive add-ons or found only in high-end very expensive Project planning systems. AccuPlan is simple to use, yet powerful and feature rich. It will let you carve the path to a successful project implementation and management. It will let you optimize your time and resources effectively. AccuPlan helps you effortlessly manage tasks, resources, budgets and timelines. Using visual Que`s, graphs and reports, you will get a clear picture of the health of your projects. So that potential problems can be identified and remedied, early in the game. Accuplan shows project earned value and budget graphs, late start dates, critical path, and WBS charts. Whats New: View Resource schedule across multiple projects to avoid Resource allocation conflicts. WBS View: Now you can create Project schedule in a hierarchical block diagram. Recurring tasks: To set up a schedule for weekly/bi weekly/monthly or any other user defined frequency. It is very useful when setting up meetings. Copy and Past multiple tasks as a group.
