Why do people use AceDRM-Server? 1.Suppose you want to transmit a document to someone, but you do not want this document to be tranmited to others again. Then you simply need to send the encrypted file and the AceDRM-client program together to this person, He can only through installing AceDRM-client to browse files. 2.using AceDRM-client program to browse protect files can prevent hackers to stole the protected documents, Trojan Remote Control to copy files,and also intercept screens operation . 3. AceDRM-server can be used as a common encryption tool. AceDRM-Client can do what? 1. AceDRM-Client perfectly combinated with Microsoft Office, it will not affect system performance, and will not affect normal users` operation too. 2.The protected office files can`t be opened unless you have installed AceDRM-Client.exe . 3. Protected office files are bended together with PC hardware. If users on the PC has opened the protected files, Then the copy file on the other pc can not be opened Even if that pc has already been installed AceDRM-Client.exe. 4. Protected office files will not allow user to copy its contents to other file-processing software, it also can not to be draged and droped to other documents processing software, and the contents of the documents can not be copied to the desktop too. 5. Operation of Saving as is strictly forbided to the protected office files. 6. Operation of printing is strictly forbided to the protected office files. 7. Operation of sending mails is strictly forbided to the protected office files. 8. Operation of cuting screen and screen copy is strictly forbiden to the protected office files.
