Web-based Helpdesk Manager. It works by routing the Customer questions to the proper Helpdesk Personnel. Helpdesk Personnel then answer the question (email sent to the customer) and can save it to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) database. The FAQ is searchable and categorized. The source code with Access or MS SQL database is available. Features Requires Customer registration and email confirmation Define unlimited depth and number of categories Add unlimited Helpdesk Personnel Accounts Assign a Helpdesk Personnel per Category Helpdesk Personnel save the Question as FAQ.
