Actual Worktime automatically collects the most important information about all selected applications and represents it in numeric and graphic forms. You don`t need to sit with a stop-watch behind the computer to measure the time spend working on selected application. Actual Worktime will do it for you. Similar softwares consider work time is the time you spend using mouse and keyboard, your input time in fact. It doesn`t consider actual working time spend on projection, calculation, and small breaks etc that form hundred percent of input time. That’s why such evaluations will be greatly overstated. Actual Worktime provides information about how much time application was active, loaded etc. That’s what is used for actual work time evaluation. Applications list is managed really easy. Add any loaded application with one mouse click and get all necessary information to evaluate your actual work time. You can get the most comprehensive information about selected applications and total for each column as well. You can get graphic representation of every chosen application usage activity for any chosen period and input time as well. You can get detailed statistics for any date just with 4 mouse clicks maximum. Also Actual Worktime package has activity indicator that shows user common work activity during the day. You can place it anywhere on the screen or even make transparent so it will not divert you from working.
