Advanced Email Parser automates the whole procedure of receiving, processing and sending automatic replies to incoming messages. The application uses sets of user-defined rules to determine the type of message and what actions should be taken upon receiving it. This method is very convenient when processing product or service orders and helpdesk requests as it allows automatic extraction of all required values from the message body and placing them in external database. Once this is done, Advanced Email Parser can send a reply message containing order or request related information back to customer. Unlike primitive e-mail parsers, AEP is capable of working both with Internet mailboxes (connecting to mail server and fetching the messages) and commonly used e-mail client software such as Outlook, Outlook Express, The Bat!, Eudora or Netscape Messenger which makes migrating to AEP a cakewalk. With its amazing speed of operation and three possible pricing options AEP is truly the most fitting email processing solution both for SOHO and large enterprises.
