While many innovations are coming into use day after another, electronic mail is still the most utilized technology, so far. We use e-mail as a transport for operational data such as product or service orders, helpdesk requests, business-to-business communications and much more. However, the major drawback of e-mail based systems is that usually trained personnel required to sort and qualify the incoming e-mail messages as well as to extract specialization-critical information from thousands of emails. Once this is done, Advanced Email Parser can send a reply message containing order or request related information back to customer.
