You can choose from a selection of predefined messages or create your own. Appointments Book has a Powerful Scheduling feature so that you can manage your employees / resources days on and off and holidays too. Additionally if an employee calls up sick, Appointments Book™ will reassign appointments to another employee / resource of your choice! Video, Sound and Voice reminders can warn you of upcoming appointments. You can choose from male or female voices in 10 different languages or you can import your own video or sound files in a wide variety of formats like mpeg and mp3! Booking appointments has never been easier. Appointments Book can book repeat appointments, and even assign one or more employees / resources to one or more customers or vice-versa . For example seminar group bookings or several mechanics working on a single car or a single hairdresser for two customers... Find appointments quickly and easily with the Appointments Book search tools, Search appointments by Employee, Sale, Customer (Salutation, First Name, Surname), Time or Day. You can also select the Multi View option to switch between Day View and Week View.
