Break O Mania ist ein modernes Remake des Klassikers BreakOut. Das Ziel ist alle Steine im Level zu zerstören indem man sie mit einem Ball trifft, den man mit Hilfe eines Paddles im Spielfeld zu halten versucht. Wenn alle Steine beseitigt sind gelangt man in das nächste Level. Einige Steine verleihen dem Spieler spezielle Kräfte, wie der Feuerballstein der den Ball in einen Feuerball verwandelt. Diesen kann man explodieren lassen um mehrere Steine auf einmal zu zerstören. Aber Vorsicht, es gibt auch negative Effekte.
