An S/MIME ActiveX component that provides the ability to S/MIME encrypt or digitally sign files or data. It can also decrypt and validate / authenticate S/MIME messages, data, or files. This component also provides general MIME message building and decomposition functionality, and it provides it in a way that spares you the burden of becoming an expert in MIME message formatting and syntax. The Chilkat S/MIME component is a MIME expert system that automatically handles the formatting and structuring of a MIME or S/MIME message.
