A clipboard manager utility for Windows intended to extend an IDE text editor to provide formatting or sorting parts of the source text upon cut and paste. Ada, Pascal, C/C++ comments are recognized, including /*..*/ comments of C. Various forms of text paragraphs are automatically recognized. Tabulators are processed correctly. The size of the tabulator and the line width are adjustable. The software is distributed under GNU Public License. The distribution includes the source code.
