Complete Audio Converter Lite is an audio encoder/decoder (converter/player) utility for Windows. Fast batch conversion from/to MP3 (including VBR), WMA, WAV, ADPCM, GSM, DSP, MP2, PCM (uncompressed Wave), OGG Vorbis, G721, G723, G726, A-LAW, U-LAW and RAW. All of the format parameters like frequency, bitrate, channels, ... can be configured. Includes a tag editor to edit audio file header information like title, album, artist, ... The Lite version contains all the features of the Pro version with the exception of the CD ripper functionality. With Complete Audio Converter Lite all of the format parameters like frequency, bitrate, channels, etc. can be configured. When converting the header information is also transferred to the output file.
