Digital DBA Keeps Your MS Access Databases Healthy. Microsoft recommends that you compact and repair your Access databases on a regular basis to improve performance and repair corruption. By compacting your database frequently, optimal performance of the application is ensured, and page corruptions due to hardware problems, power failures/surges, and so on are resolved. Digital DBA allows you to set up a recurring schedule for automatically compacting and repairing any number of MS Access databases. Digital DBA Monitors Your Databases For You. Wouldn`t you like to have someone who`s always on call watching your databases and ready to repair them for you if they become corrupted? With Digital DBA, this is exactly what you get. Digital DBA can monitor your Access databases, and automatically execute a Compact and Repair task if corruption is found. Finally you can take a vacation while Digital DBA keeps an eye on your databases. You have the option to attempt the repair automatically, and you can be notified by email when corruption is found in case manual intervention is required.
