ELImageCompare ActiveX DLL - Powerful tool for comparing images. Intelligent algorithm allows to compare two images and returns one of the following results: images are different, similar or identical. The method of comparing of images is base on modern mathematical investigations. It has such parameters as Delta (Level of sensitivity) and type of metric - `Integral` and `Maximum delta`.
