A program for converting between BMP, GIF, JPG and PNG graphics files. Has two modes of operation: (i) A single file can be converted to all other formats (except GIF) in one operation. (ii) In batch mode any number of files in a folder can be converted from one format to another (except GIF). In single-file conversion JPGs can be output over a range of quality (compression) values.
