Ektron CMS300 is a browser-based content management solution that lets business and technical users easily author and manage XML and HTML content. It strictly enforces content and Web page layout and delivers content to multiple sites and devices. Features include our eWebEditPro+XML editor, content check-in/out, flexible workflows, approval chains, versioning, audit trails, HTML and XML forms; scheduled content; calendar control; task assignment; intuitive interface; globalization with translation engine and XLIFF support; URL Aliasing; Multi-Level Navigation Menus; In-Context Editing and Toolbar Menu; Streamlined Web Forms Organization; Content Expiration Notification; browser-based image editing; and rapid integration. Runs on ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, and ColdFusion platforms (in a Microsoft server environment). Our XML editor supports data design, data entry, and data presentation modes. It removes XML complexities from IT and business users. Anyone can create XML smart forms with a drag and drop interface; deploy to users; collect structured data; and integrate data with third-party applications. Our HTML forms support lets business users, such as marketing teams, create and deploy Web forms, capture data, save to a database and use in other applications, such as email campaigns. CMS300 is also integrated with Sharepoint and Plumtree portals. Ektron`s component-based model means it`s easy to plug CMS300 into your new or existing site and take advantage of Ektron`s API to extend the solution with your own business logic or customer applications.
