Elecard Converter Studio is a program for movie file conversion to AVC/H.264, MPEG-2, DV and Uncompressed AVI formats at high-speed with high picture quality. The product allows you to create DVD, HDV, AVCHD, Blu-Ray and HD-DVD-compatible files. The feature of watch folder mode makes this application a perfect tool for quick and automatic content preparation. Also owners of AVC HD Camcorders might find it a useful product which allows them to convert the footage from their cameras into format supported by their favorite editing software. There are four product editions available: Elecard Converter Studio, Elecard Converter Studio AVC HD, Elecard Converter Studio Pro, and Converter Studio ProHD. Pro and ProHD editions provide aditional funcitonality as compared to the standard version of Elecard Converter Studio. The Watch folder mode, which is used to scan a specified folder for newly added media files, can now be run as a Windows service and that will really automate your conversion tasks. AVI DV25 video encoding support, full-featured DVD and separate chapter encoding support, audio signal strength adjustment, and creating of multiprogram Transport Stream are just a few features off the list of newly implemented and improved ones.
