The given program has been designed for quick quote creation for consumers, for the storage of quote information in the database, for printing quote reports. There is also the possibility of quote generating in HTML format, as well as report emailing. Features: Creation of new and editing of present quotes Keeping record of goods categories with the possibility of adding new categories; Keeping record of goods manufacturers with the possibility of adding new manufacturers; Keeping record of goods suppliers, with the possibility of adding new suppliers; Goods directory. It stores the following information on every product: Category Manufacturer Supplier Consignment number Goods description Purchasing price Last update The directory includes filters on categories, manufacturers and suppliers of goods, which allows to hasten the search for required positions. The database stores the following information on every quote: Quote name Tax rate Delivery cost Status (new, paid, fulfilled) Name of the person who draws up the quote Total cost of goods and services The list of goods contains the following categories on every product: The number of articles Purchasing price of an article Total purchasing price Markup in percentage terms Value of sales for an article of goods Total value of sales The following information can be viewed: Total purchasing price of all the goods included in the quote Total markup on the goods included in the quote Total value of sales for all the goods included in the quote The list of works includes: Work description Number of hours Work hour cost Total cost on every executed work Total cost of work according to the given quote can be viewed For every quote there is the possibility of total report creation The possibility to create the report in HTML format The possibility of emailing the given HTML report directly to clients.
