Faltschachteln der gängigsten Macharten, mit versetzten Laschen, mit gegenüberliegenden Laschen, mit volldeckenden Laschen und mit Automatikboden lassen sich schnell auf den eigenen Maschinenpark optimieren und damit eventuell den Wettbewerb nicht besser stellen. Durch Eingabe der Inhaltsmenge kann aufgrund von 2 Raummaßen das 3. berechnet werden incl. aller Faltschachteleinzelmaße nach ECMA oder Pharmanorm. Dazu wird gleich das Bogengewicht Nutzenzahl und einiges mehr!!! Die gewünschte Nutzenzahl auf dem Druck- oder Stanzbogen kann auch manuell vorgegeben werden. Diese Software ist nicht nur für Hersteller von Faltschachteln interessant. Einkäufer sowie Verpackungsentwickler oder Designer können schon im Vorfeld Ihre Optimierung hinsichtlich der Fertigung im eigenen Haus oder anhand der eventuell im Handel einzuhaltenden Stellmaße vornehmen. Wenn der Verpackungseinkäufer sehen möchte welche Lieferanten sein Produkt am besten fertigen so kann er sich das genau ansehen und erfährt eventuell den Grund für so manchen extremen Preisunterschied. Das Programm kann auch zur Stanzformarchivierung verwendet werden. Durch die Such- und Sortiermöglichkeiten findet man alles in Sekundenschnelle. Durch die individuell festlegbaren Einzelmaße einer Faltschachtel kann fast jede Sonderform auf dem Druck- oder Stanzbogen optimiert werden.
