Feli-X is a free tabbed browser based on Internet Explorer technology. Feli-X can load link libraries prepared by Optimal Desktop. Feli-X links are organized in a Cabinet metaphore hirearchy. Each Cabinet features a set of Drawers. Drawers hold links to various web sites. In order to create Feli-X files or modify the tabs you need the Feli-X creator program Optimal Desktop.
