worlds smallest multi-threaded web server (with journaling, or `blogging` capability) weighs in at 120 kbytes, but serves up pages like it`s bigger ... It includes simple address/port/webpath configuration, and produces access log files. The server runs as a windows service and includes a nice utility to handle administration. This version includes the `Groovy` skin and the `Shadowballs` skin. Additionally, a GUI-based monitoring application is provided, as well as a log file viewer.
