The FutureWare Personal Diabetes Combo program for PC and Palm maintains a color-coded graphical history of daily blood pressure, blood glucose, ketone level, exercise and insulin readings, that can be printed in bargraph, linegraph or tabular form, which can be faxed to a physician or other health provider office. The readings can also be emailed to a physician or other health provider for remote monitoring.
