IM Collector is the music organizer software for Windows intended to gather, store and catalogue the information about your music collection (both digital audio and non-digital audio records) and to represent the resultant music database in the most convenient ways. IM Collector provides you with a number of tools and features, such as: - Media Scanner, which is used to organize your MP3s, WMAs, OGGs, WAVs, audio CD tracks, and others; - Navigator, which guides you through your music collection in various ways; - Internet Finder, which searches for details about particular artist or album (including photo, cover, biography, review, etc.) in the Web; - Explorer-like panes, which allow you to organize your music collection with customized groups, filters, and compilations; - Storage Media pane, which intended for tracking your music collection items, such as CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, tapes, etc.; - Search pane with various criteria provided for finding particular track, album, or artist in the music database; - and many others.
