Image Editor is an affordable software to edit images and apply various types of filters. It does the work of most high-priced image editing software. Image Editor supports the following image file formats: Windows Bitmap Files (*.bmp) CompuServe Bitmap or Animation Files (*.gif) PaintBrush PCX Files (*.pcx) Targa Bitmap Files (*.tga) WBMP Bitmap Files (*.wbmp) Windows Meta Files (*.wmf) Icon Files (*.ico) The editing capabilities of Image Editor are listed below: Add text to image Set/Remove transparency Convert image to grayscale Dither image by Floyd-Steinberg error diffusion or ordered dither Repair image to give it a more smoother look Negate image Apply the ellipse transform Flip image horizontally or vertically Rotate image freely Resample image by nearest pixel, bilinear or bicubic method Image Editor can apply various filters to an image.
