Powerful, user friendly software to create Invoices, Purchase Orders and Packing Slips. Standard features include, recurring billing, multiple types of taxes, plus the ability to tax other taxes. Tax exemption feature for wholesale operations. Export to PDF if appropriate software is installed so invoices can be emailed. Auto complete feature eliminates data entry for repeat customers. Flexibility allows you to generate various reports based on criteria you choose (ie. Tax Collected, Sales Rep. Dates, etc.). All fields can be customized to suit your particular needs. Personalize with your company logo for professional looking documents. Security prevents invoices from being deleted or altered after being posted. Invoices may still be flagged as VOID. This minimizes shrinkage and fraud from employees by creating a time line of events and a paper trail to follow. Once invoices are locked, only administrators have the ability to unlock them. Database can be backed up on demand for peace of mind. Available in multiple languages and displays all currency symbols. Ideal for small business and home based business`. Network and multi-user version available. The trial version does not expire. Registered version offers payment tracking and the ability to customize tag lines.
