LabTech is a one of a kind solution that combines remote technical support with inventory and client management. With over 100 built-in commands and a file/registry editor your customers won`t even know that you are fixing their computer. Help them interactively by connecting directly to their computer or view screen captures of their desktop. Never be left wondering if the new software will run on the clients PCs with complete inventory you will know which computers need upgrading and exactly what needs to be done. Track problems and provide a 24/7 helpdesk with an email powered support ticketing system.
