Layout Designer ist Ihr universelles Werkzeug, um den Ausdruck aus beliebigen Anwendungen auf einem beliebigen Drucker noch individueller zu steuern. Sie verfügen damit z. B. über die Möglichkeit, mehrere Seiten eines Dokuments auf einem Blatt zusammenzufassen, eine Seite eines Dokuments auf mehrere Blätter zu verteilen, oder ein Bild auf mehreren Seiten zu platzieren, zusätzliche Informationen wie Wasserzeichen oder Kopf- und Fußzeilen hinzuzufügen, grafische Elemente auszublenden, Drucklayouts (Erscheinungsbild und Reihenfolge) selbst zu editieren, neu zu erstellen, den Ausdruck als PDF- oder Bilddatei zu speichern, per E-Mail zu versenden oder Druckjobs zu verknüpfen.
