Maxabella, a prestigious builder of luxury houses, is currently developing spectacular homes at the Arabella Country Estate and Constantia in Cape Town. Ranging in size from 275 to 550 square metres, all plots offer incredible golf and mountain views as well as lagoon or dam views. Shaped out of glass, teak, marble, sandstone and slate, Maxabella houses are truly modern in style and built with high-tech European flair. Available in a choice of three-, four- or five-bedrooms, all houses are inspired by natural themes and quality organic materials. These exclusive homes aren`t the usual hastily-put-together speculative houses. Instead, the designers spend a lot of time hunting throughout the world for exciting innovations, raw materials and exceptional craftmanship that give their homes its world-class finishing. Underlying it all, is the sensibility of open plan areas and split levels to maximise all available natural light and optimise scenic views. Although the contemporary house design have a low profile, Maxabella exploits the roof space to create double-volume living areas with generously tiled marble floors and granite counter tops.
