OEComplete Your Personal Information Manager : OEComplete is a complete utility for managing your appointments and tasks. Users of Outlook Express can take the benefit of having an appointment scheduler and task manager along with their emails, at an economical price. OEComplete starts automatically when you start Outlook Express while Outlook Express can be opened from OEComplete also. Schedule your appointments through Calendar : The Calendar option in OEComplete helps you set appointments for any day, and plan your task ahead of time. OEComplete allows scheduling of recurring appointments, such as a weekly status meeting that occurs on a regular basis. You may also have reminders set to each appointment. 1. Schedule appointments daily 2. Set the recurrence of the appointments 3. Set reminders for the appointment 4. Categorize appointments based on its nature. Plan your tasks ahead :Tasks feature not only helps you plan your tasks, but also tracks them. The Task List gives a customized view of the Tasks based on the view type selected. 1.Assign your own tasks 2.Review the task status 3.Set reminders /alert 4.Categorize task based on its nature.
