OutlookFolders for MS Outlook allows multi-user access to all data in Outlook.. Share contacts, emails, tasks, calendar, journals and document in in MS Outlook without installing dedicated server such as the MS Exchange, or `Small Business Server`. Protect your private data from access by applying rights to folders, profiles or Outlook data. OutlookFolders is the ideal solution for all kind of small and middle range offices, such as tax counsels, insurance offices, lawyers etc. Simply Install our server at one or more computers, enter some users and start sharing your MS Outlook data files. Simply install OutlookFolders on any computer and turn this PC thereby into a server. Connect to your server with up to 75 users simultanously.1). Share public folders, such as contacts, appointment, tasks and documents with Microsoft Outlook. All modifications are visible imediatly at all workstations. User rights enable restricted access to data, such as read-only access or hiding of of sub folders. OutlookFolders is not synchronizing changes but stores data centrally at your server, in a way which is similary to Microsoft Exchange. You server computer may be either be a dedicated server or any workstation in your network. Data can be shared between any version of Outlook and windows.2) in your existing network. The integrated mail server enables internal without connection to the internat and handles the external mail transfer. Using QSynchronization, offline clients, such as Notebook are able to access public data even while not connected to the network and updating all changes after reconnection. OutlookFolders is an economic GroupWare solution, for small an middle companies.
