Overseer is a Windows 2000-based network monitoring tool providing easy installation, configuration via the standards-based Microsoft Management Console, and runs as a service to provide rock-solid reliability. Overseer monitors web sites, network devices, and more. In case of failure, Overseer will notify administrators via Email, pager, cell phone, or Net Send.
