Proxy Manager is a powerful proxy management tool for Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows ME. Proxy Manager can check proxy server, including Http proxy, Https proxy, Ftp proxy, Socks4 proxy and Socks5 proxy, is working or not and show the speed of proxy servers. Proxy Manager can download webs and derive proxy servers form them automatically. Proxy Manager can scan proxy servers in the special IP and Port ranges. Proxy Manager can set and remove the Internet Explorer (IE) proxy conveniently. Proxy Manager can derive proxy servers form any file, including TXT, DAT and other files. Proxy Manager can save and append proxy servers, web resources and scan tasks conveniently. Proxy Manager can timely check proxy servers and set IE proxy automatically. Proxy Manager uses multithreading technology to check, download and scan proxy severs, so it is very fast to complete all these tasks. Proxy Manager uses Sockets to complete most of tasks for a low system resource use rate and no influence to your computer`s other uses. Proxy Manager can easily change states of proxy servers, web resource and scan tasks. Proxy Manager uses convenient pop-up menus in all editor area. Proxy Manager shows a tray on the right-bottom of the Windows task bar so that it is easy to set and remove IE proxy. Proxy Manager has a powerful and easy-to-use interface.
