Puma Video Capture is a Delphi control that allows programmers to easily integrate video capturing and processing capabilities into their software applications. Puma Video Capture Delphi Control captures video and audio streams from TV tuners, USB webcams, DV camcorders, PCI capture cards, USB capture devices and firewire cameras. Features: Input devices: TV tuners, USB webcams, DV camcorders, PCI capture cards, USB capture devices and firewire cameras. Video preview. Video and audio recording. Frame capture. Video processing. Supported output file formats: AVI (DivX/XviD/Mpeg (1, 2, 4)/H264) or Windows Media Video 8, 9, 9.1. Support Custom WMV Profiles. You can configure streams to use variable bit rate encoding (VBR), uncompressed audio or video stream, Video Size, Buffer Size, Frame rate, etc. Audio and Video compressor settings. Resize and crop. Video frames export. Image files export. Set brightness, lightness, saturation, contrast, hue. Convert image to black and white (grayscale filter). Rotate image.
