Read Genius is a cute text to speech program that has your computer read anything to you. You can simply select your interested content and press `CTRL+C` to let Read Genius to read them. Or just hide it in the system tray and it will read aloud what you`ve just typed (word or sentence). Version 2.3 supports almost all computer voices nowadays include 11languages and adds some new feature such like speaking alarm clock.
