ResponseMailer is an email answering server with advanced email processing capabilities that can reduce the time you spend to answer and follow-up on emails. ResponseMailer works with multiple email accounts, checks the contents of your incoming emails to determine how to reply to it. This email processor can even extract email data and save it to a database. ResponseMailer can be used for a wide variety of applications: Ideal for field support personnel, customer services, sales teams who need to know when specific persons send them email - even when they are away from the office! Sales letter, advertising response, applicants, and confirmation notice Follow-ups and prospects Vacation reply, out-of-office reply The possible uses are endless. ResponseMailer is a very useful email tool, because it prevent the repetitive task of manually answering each individual piece of email you receive. It`s convenient, and saves you time.
