ScroogeXHTML for Delphi(tm) is a component which can convert RTF stored in files, strings or a RichEdit component to XHTML. It is fast, easy to customize and use and comes with full source code. It converts text attributes including background and highlight colors, and paragraph attributes including text alignment, indents and simple (numbered/unnumbered) lists. Also: CSS support, hyperlink detection, custom picture adapter, debug mode.
