The features of ServiceBuilder have been developed and improved from actual use. First created in 1995 with Microsoft Access 2.0, this database handled 6 years of intense development and use. It is now compatible with Office97 and Office2000 Assemble services quickly by simply clicking a button next to the song name. Worship package is timed, and songs can be arranged according to speed, key, and more. When ready, simply click one button to make a PowerPoint presentation automatically! Or make overhead transparencies instantly. All chord charts, lyrics, and other crucial information is dynamically available to your music team over the Internet. No need to mail or email charts, they can get them any time they want. Store lyrics, text charts, drama scripts and more in one convenient digital location. Print out and email lyrics and charts automatically, or make them available over the Internet... makes distribution a breeze. Every copy and use of material goes into a separate `reporting` database. When CCLI requests your yearly report, simply click `print` and mail it! Musicians, actors, speakers, leaders, or volunteers can be scheduled simply and easily. At a glance you can see how often certain people are scheduled. Unavailable dates for people can be entered so you never forget when someone can`t play, act or sing any week Send reminder emails to your teams automatically! They confirm by clicking a link which checks off their name in the database. Integrated ministry tasks can help increase efficiency for your whole pastoral staff team and elders.
