A suite of 5 powerful applications to run programs at startup, at shutdown, and in-between, start and stop NT services, control startup sources, and kill running applications. From the Launcher Manager, you can enable or disable any startup source, whether it is the registry, startup folder, win.ini, autoexec.bat, or config.sys file.
