An application to take control of every program that runs when Windows starts up. It uses wizards to make it easy to perform common tasks like deleting temporary files, backing up directories, starting or stopping NT services, running Scandisk, and ejecting CDs. Startup Launcher exposes the source of every program that runs when Windows starts, whether it is launched from the registry, win.ini file, Startup folder, or the Autoexec batch file.
