Surf Sense listens to the words you type into Windows, and stores the most recent in a buffer. The words in the buffer can then be used as search terms for a query on the internet, by means of the Surf Sense popup. Surf Sense knows about the most common search engines, and allows you to do word or image searches. It includes multiple pre-configured search engines and locales, common word exclusion and customisation capabilities. Surf Sense can be invoked using a global hotkey as well as by mouse click. Surf Sense is safe, secure, and self-updating, ensuring that it remains compatible with the search engines for which it is configured. It is ideal for researchers and journalists. Its custom engine feature allows you to tailor Surf Sense to your specific needs.
