Essential Taceo is affordable, easy-to-use e-mail anti-theft software that prevents unintended access and misuse of information. It protects information both stored on and sent from your computer. Taceo allows you to prevent unauthorized forwarding, editing, printing and print screen capture of your outbound email contents with a single click. As the sender, you ensure only your intended recipient receives your message and control how it can be used. Your intended recipient can be assured that you are the legitimate sender and that the message and attachments have not been altered. Taceo can be used as a stand-alone application or as an add-in to your Microsoft Outlook toolbar, making it easy to protect your information. Anyone with an email address and a PC can use Taceo, which installs onto your desktop in minutes. Sending an email with Taceo to someone for the first time? Your recipient can get Taceo for free to view your email message. Opening a free Taceo account is just as quick, secure and easy as opening an instant messenger account. From Outlook, you can send your email with the protection of both encryption and rights management technology. Feature tabs allow you to set varying levels of control over your email, including the ability to set access dates for when and how long your recipient can view the email and files you send. Protect intellectual property and sensitive business information from malicious or accidental misuse. If not using Outlook, you can still use the Taceo application to protect files you are sending with an online web service or portable device. The stand-alone application offers the same features as the Outlook add-in, with a quick drag and drop functionality. Taceo is affordable and easy to install. Simply download and use.
