The do not call list will NOT stop or even signifigantly reduce unwated calls becuase of the loopholes designed into the system by the FTC. The Call Termiantor actually speaks the name of the caller and automaticlly rejects ANY unwanted call by answering the phone and playing the full disconnected message.
